Fitness photo challenge! April 3rdYes that is my sleeping shirt which is why I’m in it again.So, I don’t use ‘water bottles.’I don’t like to use so much plastic, really. Also, I would reuse regular bottles, but over time the plastic erodes and gets into your system. I’m trying to make my body better not worse. At the moment, I have two main reusable water bottles, which I use for tea, coffee, and water: a plastic one and a glass/bamboo one. Once I save up the money, I’ll buy a different, metal kind or something. I need it to be bigger than my current bottles anyway.If I’m at home, I’ll use a cup or a glass. WATER is also something that I used to never get enough of, and its still a challenge to keep myself hydrated sometimes. I love my sugar-y drinks to give me energy because I’m always tired.  So, what I do is I’ll boil water and put in the hot chocolate powder stuff. It has cocoa - good for muscles and general health in moderation; and I’m not using milk, which is extremely fatty and I only like whole milk, or almond milk, or soy milk. Soo, when it comes to regular milk I only drink the fatty kind.I also prefer to use water because I’m slowly adapting my body towards veganism. I don’t find it comforting that humans are the only mammals who drink milk after being a toddler. Especially with the abuse that dairy cows have to go through, to me drinking milk is just like a double negative in grammar and that’s just a big, fat, red no-no.My main source of dairy is organic GMO-free goat cheese. Mmmmm that stuff is delicious. And because my digestive system kind of sucks, it helps a lot :3It IS dairy, but I can’t afford vegan alternatives at this point, so I’m content with eating it.When it comes to food I don’t like putting a specific label on myself. Yes I want to be vegan. That’s MAINLY because of animal cruelty.I plan to have a majority-vegan diet. However, I’m not against eating beef(my favorite type of meat) ONLY if it was raised in proper conditions and there was no abuse. Same for goat cheese. I also love fish. Sushi. With fish it’s harder to check up on but I’d still do it if I wanted to eat it. Currently I eat fish but that’s because I can’t afford other supplementation/nutrition sources. I went too far with something made for water XDthe point it, DRINK YOUR WATER KIDS. 

Day 3 - Water
